Sampaguita Building-1:This building has 8-Bedroom accommodation with 4 air-conditioned rooms of two single beds each, 2 fan rooms of two single beds each, and 2 double deck rooms of four persons each. This building has big lounge area, big balcony, and is made from local materials found in the nearby area. The walls are made of double layered wooden board and bamboo matting on both sides, high roof from native palm leaves, and floors from hardwood lumber and marble found in the islands.

Hibiscus Building-1: This is a duplex building with 2 rooms and a large balcony. Each room is air-conditioned, with cable TV, DVD, personal refrigerator, and hot & cold shower. Still made of native materials found in the area, walls are made of a combination of lumber and slate while the floors are made of a combination of hardwood lumber and marble.

Hibiscus Building-2: A single detached building made of hardwood lumber and slate, this unit stands in a higher elevation with the best view of the mountain and the resort. It has big balcony, and a room equipped with air-conditioner, cable TV, DVD, personal refrigerator, and hot & cold shower.

Sampaguita Building-2: This is a single room unit with two double deck beds. Accommodating 4 persons, this unit is also made from native materials and it also stands high on the hill top with the full view of the Mount Guiting-Guiting.

Sampaguita Building-3: This building is similar to Sampaguita Building-2 except that it has 2 rooms that separate the male and female guests, each room having a capacity of 8 persons.

Function Hall: This is the multi-purpose building that serves as the restaurant and venue for special occasions like weddings, parties, seminars, meetings, trainings, etc. It has also a nice bar that serves assorted wines and liquor and 7 of the best beers in the country.

Camping Site: The grassy rolling hills surrounding the resort serve as the camping site for mountaineers preparing or culminating their climb from the big mountain, the Mount Guiting-Guiting. Also ideal for scout jamborees and with capacity of up to 500 campers, this camp has hiking trails where guests can enjoy exploring the area to find the nicest view of nature surrounding it.

Swimming Area: A portion of the famous Pawala River serves as the swimming area for guests who wanted to relax and enjoy the cool and refreshing waters of the Pawala River.
